Born in a poor family, Lin was an 'accident' that was never meant to exist. When contraception failed, her mother had grown pregnant and then 9 months later, Lin came into existence. She was brought up reluctantly as they didn't have the heart to abandon her or put her in an orphanage so they tried their best to keep her with the limited amount of money they had.

Lin went to public school but it didn't take long for her to be bullied by the kids in her class for having basic clothes. Her parents didn't have the money to spend on her or even wanted too spend the money on her if they did have some to spare. The bullies tormented her for many months at school but it only grew worse as their attitudes changed and they became more hostile... She was the scape goat. They continued to pick on her and began to follow her home to torment her there too.

Lin's life was ripped apart as the bullies began to throw rocks at her windows and spread unspeakable things onto the doors and other parts of the house just so that these kids could get a laugh from her misfortune with their tormenting. Lin eventually grew sick of the bullies and told her parents who did little in fear of becoming the scapegoat for those kids.

The torment continued on and on until Lin graduated the school with a high mark. She was given a list of potential schools she could go to and she picked the most expensive as it was the only one to do her course. Her parents lost it with her, refusing to pay for the expensive school so Lin took it upon herself to get a job as a waitress to help with the cost of school. She worked day and night while going to college and work, it took a lot of work but she finally did it... She graduated with high marks, but her parents were still refusing to donate anything towards her.

Lin understood why, they didn't have the money to do so. She saved her money and went to a university to study to be a doctor, which only followed same suit as when she was in college... Working day and night to achieve recognition from the two who brought her up even if they made her feel unwanted. During university, Lin met Henry, a charming man who was also working towards being a doctor.

They both fell in love and graduated together, finally she was happy. Her parents were in a better place and she was with the man that she loved. Within five years of being with each other, Lin had became pregnant with her first child, Lilly. Everything was perfect... She gave birth to a beautiful girl and began to bring her up all while being a doctor with her husband.

She continued to happily work and play, falling pregnant five years later with her second child. , Maria. This is where her life began to fall apart again. Rumours spread around about how she had cheated on her husband but she knew these were just lies! She'd never do that! Someone from school had arose and tried to pull down her life again. He seemed to be fine and understanding about what had happened but these were just hiding his true feelings. His hue was highly cloudy with feelings of betrayal... As this grew even worse, he grew snappy towards Lin and the children.

Life slowly collapsed in on itself for Lin. Henry began to hit her and threatened to take away the children if he as much as caught her talking to another man. She tried to object but it was only met with more hitting and threats. Lilly was six when she intervened when she walked in on Henry beating up Lin. She got between her mother and father only to be shoved out of the way by her father. One shove too far which resulted in Lilly hitting her head on the table and breaking open her skull, Lin begged for Henry to take Lilly to the hospital but he refused in fear of being sent to jail for hurting his daughter and abusing his wife.

Lilly had died.

Lin tried her best to protect Maria, refusing to let Henry near her as he continued to make threats and hurting her. Lin would show up to work with bruises on her body and a fake smile on her face. Of course she had just fell down the stairs whenever people asked, or she accidentally cut herself while cooking at home. She continued to lie to the faces of her friends and colleagues but she knew she couldn't do it forever. She couldn't lie to every face who saw her black eye or bruised neck.

She finally had enough... She wanted to stop him. So Lin made a plan. She took out many books on robots, learning how to hack. This was part of her plan, she went to a family restaurant with animatronics and planned to hack them to kill her husband. The plan slowly developed as the animatronics followed her husband around in the restaurant before he was on his own. His body was found hacked to pieces in a store room after one of the animatronics had ripped him apart. She was relieved, a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders.

Things didn't improve as her CC was read and found to be over 100 after killing the man who she despised. She was ripped away from her daughter and taken to a facility to help decrease her CC. This only made her worse as she tried to get out to see her daughter but was refused to see her for protective reasons, why was she being punished for getting rid of the man who sought to kill her? Why her?! Lin didn't understand until she was slipped a note, a request from the MWPSB... They wanted her computing skills.

Lin turned it down until her arm was twisted as she was told that she could visit her daughter so long as her daughter wanted to go see her in return. Lin quickly agreed to do so, going through the course to train her for the MWPSB and finally being assigned to division 6 as an analyst.

Now she lives half-happily, knowing that her daughter could visit her whenever they put the request through. Even though work is hard on her, whenever she sees her daughter's face... She can't help but let all of her stress melt away.
