Appearance
Fear is a lean young man of slightly above-average height, standing at 5'10". He has a short, messy black hair and intimidating olive eyes. He usually wears a pair of goggles on his head slanted to the side. Usually, he also wears 3 quarter shorts and skin tight shirts or tank tops. He sometimes like to wear hoodie and cover his hands with black gloves. Under the shirt, he has a well-built body due to his vigorous activities and exercises but he has a scar due to his past fighting experience.
Personality
Fear is a man whose been instilled with values. He is someone who believes strongly in being able to forge his own path by his own two hands. He's not opposed to fighting to protect his beliefs. Even if he looses. He's never set in his ways though he is constantly adapting to the world around him letting the way of the world help shape, define and re-define him. But his core beliefs never change. Fight for what you believe in, think with your head not your heart, if it's something that burns strongly within follow it. And help out those in need.
Fear's reaction to people is initially cold, however if they prove that they are against him or act to hurt someone without any provocation then he grows to hate them, which can cause a fight. He's a charismatic person, he could persuade someone to do something for him but under a certain boundary. His ambitions lead him to a great path, the path shows the true side of him. He often respects his enemies in battle, humiliating them on the battle isn't his style.
He has a major quirks to his personality, one being that be believes that the strongest beliefs always win. Regardless of the medium through which they are conveyed be it words or fists.

Background
Born as Maru Yamakawa. Fear was born in a bustling city under a rich family. Subject to his loving parents, and an overwhelming amount of caring relatives and neighbors, he wanted for nothing as a child. In the city, his parents set a business there. Between working out in the town, and managing his "peace" projects, his father was a very busy man, but he still made all the time he could to spend playing with his son.
When he became old enough, he would follow him around all day while he took care of problems that had arisen and managing different aspects of the town. He met someone who was a martial arts teacher, and the nameless teacher was Fear's first inspiration. He got the skills of self-defense from him, and when Fear was 13, he even could break 3 layers of bricks with his head. He somehow became wild and attached to racing, his father made a conclusion that his friends were the cause of the change. So, Fear was restricted from socializing with the outside world.
When he turned 18, after more than a decade and a half of listening to his father's advices, he decided to follow his path. It turned out bad after he found out that his father was a mafia, what he meant by "peace" projects were collecting money from extorting shops, and other families. They killed the one who didn't pay much. Fear was left with emptiness, he didn't want to follow his father and he was forced to see his mother being killed in front of his own eyes.
A different Fear appeared, he murdered his father one day when he was sleeping. Filled with anger, hatred, and evilness, he took over his father's business and he led a quite famous gang in the town. He doesn't like to kill person with his own hands but he likes to steal, break things, in other words, messing with the laws.
His name rose into fame, and became a wanted person himself.
