Ora Axton Irongrave
also known as "Modern-Day Ripper"
Male
Twenty-Four
Bi-Sexual
Enforcer
MWPSB
Appearance
Ora is a slender, yet fairly muscular, male Enforcer of average height with a melancholic appearance. He has fairly short, messy black hair, pale white skin, and green eyes with small slit-shaped pupils, similar to a cat's. Part of his bangs falls between his eyes, and he has distinctively thick eyebrows. He has teal lines which descend from the lower part of his eyes. His facial expression rarely changes, though he is almost always frowning.
Personality
Ora is a very cold, callous, and dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash", and treats them as expendable. Despite this, like most of the other Enforcers, he is not particularly violent, and will only fight when provoked or ordered to by Inspectors.
His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. However, he does not seem to comprehend the Human trait of fighting against all odds or the concept of the Human heart. Ora is highly perceptive, cunning, and analytical; he was able to graduate at the top of his class in all subjects throughout his whole educational career.
Background
- - -// Pre-Street Life
Being separated from his brother nearly at birth because their parents separated, their mother - Alice Irongate - took Ora, and their father took his brother. At this time Ora knew nothing of his brother, he was barely a toddler so he grew up only knowing his mother as his one and only family, even though he knew he had more she made it where he never wanted to see them. Although, Royce never knew it but their mother was, well, a neighborhood bicycle. Every guy knew her, she was 'Miss Lips & Lungs'. She got in the bed with any and everyone she could, she brought home so many boyfriends that it was insane. At one point in time she wasn't Miss L&L, she actually had a boyfriend and he was loaded, although he was abusive. But not to Alice, to Ora.
Ora hated him, overall he hated his mother, she sat there and watched him get hit, pushed around, verbally abused and she did nothing! She was too scared to say anything to him because she was afraid that he'd break up with her and she would have to go back to whoring that she secretly loved. Every night when Alice tucked in Ora, she'd say to him 'It's your fault he treats you like that, so you better take the beating like a man'. Hell, he wasn't even seven at the time, how was he suppose to take it like a man? The rage he had for this person boiled in his heart, he wanted to kill the guy, he wanted him to feel the despair and dread he was forced to feel every morning he woke up. At this point in time if the system had been active, his hue would of been the darkest of colors due to his malevolent intent, but luckily the system wasn't there, and wouldn't be for years to come.
Of course a seven year old would not be able stand up to a grown man, therefore he would have to put up with the abuse. To be exact, he put up with it until he was at the age of thirteen. On a night when his step-father was not home he talked to his mother about the abuse he had been forced to face and how he wanted it to stop. She was enraged that he even thought about bringing something up, her first reaction was to yell at him, and the next to slap. But as he was slapped something snapped, he had taken so much abuse from his father, but he knew he didn't have to take it from his mother.
When her hand made contact with his face he grabbed her wrist and forced it back on her pushing her to the ground. He put his hands around her throat and she looked him in the eyes with fear, then she began to struggle the moment his grip around her throat began to tighten. She couldn't scream, but she was kicking, her arms had been put down on the ground by his elbows as his hands tightened more and more, he could feel the dominance. It was overwhelming since, but soon enough her face went pale, and before he knew it, she was dead. As he stood there above the body of his dead mother he thought to himself he had fucked up, he would spend the rest of his life in jail, or where ever. But then it gave him a thought, his step-father had abused Ora so much there were a lot of bruises all over his body, cuts, scars, enough evidence to convict someone of murder.
Of course, the step-father came home to see his wife dead on the ground, and his step-son standing above her body, the first reaction was to pick up the phone and call 911. Now Ora didn't stop him, actually it was going just as planned, now all he had to do was act like he was beaten, or actually get beaten. He walked up to his abusive step-father and grab the phone slinging it out of his hand, and then he threw it to the wall, next thing he knew it shattered into a million pieces. The enraged male would begin to hit, beat, and kick Ora, beating him to death, he gave him a busted lip, nose, and a black eye after it was all over with. He laid there on the ground, a bloodied mess as he looked up to his father with a lip-busted grin like had had won, like he had fell for his trap and now he was going to pay for all those years of abuse. All those year of depression, all those years of dread. He was going to pay the piper, and it was certain of it. Ora was going to make certain of it.
As soon as the cops showed up the step-father complained he was attacked and that Ora had killed his mother, but the Ora but on a facade and began to cry as a bloodied mess. Who would the cops believe, a beaten down kid, or a man with an abusive criminal past? That night both of them were taken into police custody, however one under protective custody, the other in bars. Soon enough he was given into his real fathers custody, and a trial for his step-father was taken. His step-father was guilty of first degree murder. And went to jail, not even getting to say a word, no one believe him, and Ora saw him off with a bright, devious smile.
- - -// Street Life
After his brother- Royce Irongrave -ran away from home and became apart of the 'street' crowd they lived in an abandoned apartment complex near the bad-side of town. There they met a boy a little older than themselves, he seemed to be a jack-of-all-trades. He knew where to get something, how to get it, what would happen if you did, and he knew there was some kind of system coming in about the span of six months that would change everything. Royce was the boy's older brother only senior to him by little more than a year. Royce took interest in this boy and became friends, soon enough this boy invited them to different things more and more. However Ora didn't like the boy; he found him reduddant at times and for Ora it was quite unsettling. He didn't really understand why his brother like the boy so much. Be that as it may he went along with the crowd due to the fact his brother wanted to, Ora at least wanted one last family member to not hate him.
Three months after living in the streets- three months prior to the sibyl system -the boy told them about a certain local gang he was affiliated in. He explained the reason he knew so much; the boy was like a messenger for the gangs within the city. They needed something? They'd tell him where to go get it. And due to him having this 'job' he learned a lot of things that he shouldn't of. And he invited Royce to join him- but left Ora out. There was a clear reason for why he didn't want Ora there; he knew he'd ruin it. He'd ruin his plan. The truth of the matter was that the boy wanted out of this life, but for him to get out he'd need a replacement. And it just so happened two new candidates came to his door step right when he needed it.
After another month of getting Royce to understand his systems, all the things he needed to know, the boy disappeared off the face of the earth. One day Royce and Ora awoke to find the boy gone. Although Royce believed he was just off to go on one of their routine runs and would be back soon, Ora knew better. He knew that he had been used, and that his brother's own incompetence to see that would be their down-fall.
Another month past- one month prior to the sibyl system -and there was no sign of the boy, and Royce was enraged that he had been used. Royce had anger problems, but didn't take them out on his brother Ora. Ora was somewhat of a voice of reason for the two; in another sense he was the mastermind.
Royce approached the King Pin of the gang and asked him if they could leave; Royce had enough of this life as so did the other boy. The King Pin gave the same answer as he did to the boy before him, find another. Where would Royce find someone else? There was no one but him and his br-. Then the thought occurred to Royce, his brother knew just as much about the routes as he did. He could escape and leave his brother there, and that's what he did. Royce didn't have as much loyalty as Ora did, he just wanted to get out of this hell hole that he had forcibly been made to live; so he betrayed his last bit of family. And he left.
Ora was approached by higher-tier members of the gang and told him what his brother had done- and that he didn't have a choice in the matter, he'd run the routes. Ora wasn't dumb enough to say no to their face, so he did as they asked for a month. But he knew of this system that would be coming, he knew that would be his pipe dream in the end, but would it be worth the wait? It had the possibility to back-fire and take him down along with the gang.
As all planned the system came, and they rounded up the gang quickly, doing stuff that was amazingly impossible to most. Although the gang wanted Ora to come with them, although by using this new 'hue' system his was clear. They put Ora in an orphanage soon after, he got adopted, went to school like a normal human being, and then went onto become an adult.
- - -//Inspector Life
So it seemed that once he graduated at the top of his class the system decided the best career past was an Inspector. He didn't think much of it; so he went ahead and did as the system said without denying it. He was put within the fifth division as an Inspector and for about three months he was an Inspector. But one day he ran into a two friends going through a heist. One of their names was not in the system- the other was Royce Irongave. It was his brother and the boy from before, they had left him to rot. An intense rage filled him, his CC sky-rocketed. And he killed them on sight. Soon enough he was demoted to an Enforcer for the spike in CC.
