Fear’s target for the day was the expensive apartment, this job was not too hard for him so he didn’t bring any reinforcement with him. What hidden inside the apartment was his true target, but no one should know about it. He was aiming for a girl, a daughter of a rich family. The girl would be kidnapped and brought to the headquarters for further plans. He was equipped with a lethal gun hidden inside his dark coat and a sword that hanged on his back. His black hair swayed in the shady breeze as he just continued to observe. It wasn't long before an irritated look flashed across his face and he pushed himself up.

"Look at all these little guards... having such fun. How disgustingly painful."

He moved back into the shadow behind a pole on the roof and reached into his pocket, pulling out a small device. The device kept track on the time because a countdown was in progress. Previously, Fear planted several bombs near the apartment’s area, merely to wreck havoc and cause confusion for the MWPSB.

Fear pushed his coat to his back so he could move easily, he jumped off from the rooftop to another rooftop. It was hard to see Fear in his dark coat, but for people with keen eyes, they would notice him easily among the darkness. Fear stopped on top of a small building, and he jumped down.

"I found a happy child!"

Fear moved over to a little girl who was waiting for his father, the girl was sitting in a bench. There was a market around the apartment’s area, it seemed that the father of the little girl went inside to pick something and left his little girl outside. He grinned evilly at the girl, who just looked up at him with a confused face. Fear simply sat down on the bench next to her as he continued to grin creepily at the girl. The girl spoke to her,

"Big Bro, are you okay?"

Fear smirked and scoffed.

"Oh. I am. I am. You're very happy aren't you? Being a child, I bet you have a good family, right?”

The little girl just looked at him confused and nodded. Fear added more momentum to his swing as he vaulted off.

"Your happiness will turn to despair, your bright future painted black!"

Fear spun his sword and struck the girl clear in the gut with his blade. It was part of his plan, the victim would be the m.v.p. for today’s action. The dead girl would attract a lot of MWPSB’s attention so they couldn’t follow Fear’s movement.

The first bomb exploded, it caused a massive explosion of dust near the market. At that moment, the citizens near the market had begun to panic, running randomly... some even pushing others aside in order to get away faster.

Fear leaped up into the air into one of the nearby rooftop, watching over the terror that was being caused by his bomb.
